Purpose:

This is a dynamic dashboard updating daily to show low stock levels for the day by looking at the forecast 14 days out. This dashboard is only to be used to check the levels and raise low stock tickets to prevent stockouts of critical ship supply items at the site.

Proposed Actions:

  • Bookmark the dashboard for quick access
  • Filter by your site code to view relevant inventory low stock levels
  • Check stock levels across Core, Grocery, NA GFC, and WFM BOM
  • Verify MotoCC using the embedded link to confirm if orders are already incoming
  • Create a ticket (if needed) using the low stock ticket link in the dashboard only when no orders exist
